About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Telesales Executive with hands-on experience in B2B product sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to business clients, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into long-term customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital platforms
- Connect with decision-makers (HRs, Managers, Founders, etc.) to pitch products
- Conduct product demos/presentations and explain value propositions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and delivery Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in B2B telesales / product sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Experience interacting with business clients and decision-makers
- Target-oriented with a self-driven approach
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes Preferred Skills:
- Experience in IT / SaaS / software product sales
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and WhatsApp communication
