Profile : Telecaller Location : Sec-2, Devendra Nagar, Raipur (CG) Salary : Upto₹18000 (based on experience and performance) Qualification : 12th pass / Graduate Experience : 1-2 Years (Freshers can also apply) Job Summary We are looking for a smart and confident Female Telecaller who can handle both Sales Calls and Payment Recovery Follow-ups. The candidate should have good communication skills, maintain proper client follow-up, and help in achieving sales and payment collection targets professionally. Responsibilities
- Call customers for product sales and offers
- Follow up with clients for pending payments and recoveries
- Maintain daily call records and client updates
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally
- Coordinate with accounts team for payment updates
- Achieve daily calling and recovery targets
- Prepare simple daily reports in Excel Key Skills Required:
- Robust command in Tally, Excel & AI tools
- Expertise in Sales Follow-up & Recovery Management
- Excellent communication and client handling skills
- Ability to generate business and recover outstanding payments efficiently
