Key Responsibilities Skills Leadership and team coordination Team management and delegation Problem solving and decision making Performance tracking & KPI Conversion analysis & reporting Follow up and escalation handling R&R; Increase revenue by 20% in packages and service. Set Clinic wise & procedure wise monthly & weekly targets Support and monitor staffs to achieve the target with daily follow up.( quickly learn business knowledge) Report conversion metrics & show improvement by 5 times current conversion numbers. Coordination with team to improve conversion and productivity. Appointment turnout monitoring & reporting Upskilling the team and report team Performance FO & Nursing Escalation management ( Escalations- Waiting time management, Staff Efficiency & Staff Quality Management except Pharmacy & Customer care) Responsibility to improve sales closure. Create rapport with Doctors and Staffs in achieving targets Out of scope Pharmacy & Customer Care Lead management. Final decision making on process changes / policy changes or management approvals Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00
