Set Clinic wise & procedure wise monthly & weekly targets

Support and monitor staffs to achieve the target with daily follow up.( quickly learn business knowledge)

Report conversion metrics & show improvement by 5 times current conversion numbers.

Coordination with team to improve conversion and productivity.

Appointment turnout monitoring & reporting

Upskilling the team and report team Performance

FO & Nursing Escalation management ( Escalations- Waiting time management, Staff Efficiency & Staff Quality Management except Pharmacy & Customer care)

Responsibility to improve sales closure.

Create rapport with Doctors and Staffs in achieving targets

Out of scope

Pharmacy & Customer Care Lead management.

Final decision making on process changes / policy changes or management approvals
