About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Telesales Executive with hands-on experience in B2B product sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to business clients, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities: Generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital platforms Connect with decision-makers (HRs, Managers, Founders, etc.) to pitch products Conduct product demos/presentations and explain value propositions Build and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Maintain accurate records in CRM tools Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1+ years of experience in B2B telesales / product sales Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Experience interacting with business clients and decision-makers Target-oriented with a self-driven approach Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes
Preferred Skills: Experience in IT / SaaS / software product sales Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and WhatsApp communication Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
