Inside Sales Associate (Perungudi)

Position: Inside Sales Associate Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and energetic Inside Sales Associate to support our business growth by identifying potential customers, engaging with leads, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective customers through calls, emails, and online platforms
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable products/services
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Update and manage customer data in CRM / Sheets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
- Valuable negotiation and convincing abilities
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage Experience
- Freshers are welcome
- Candidates with prior sales or telecalling experience will have an added advantage Qualification
- Any Graduate / Diploma
