Chinese Cook Kottivakkam

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chinese Cook for our cloud kitchen operations. The candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality Chinese dishes efficiently while maintaining consistency, hygiene, and timely order dispatch for online food delivery platforms.

Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook Chinese dishes including fried rice, noodles, gravies, starters, momos, soups, and combo meals. Handle wok cooking and ensure authentic taste and presentation. Maintain consistency in food quality, portion size, and recipes. Prepare sauces, marinades, and mise en place before kitchen operations. Ensure timely preparation and packing of online delivery orders. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen. Monitor stock levels and inform management about inventory requirements. Minimize food wastage and maintain cost control. Coordinate with kitchen helpers and delivery coordination staff for smooth operations.

Requirements Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Chinese Cook, preferably in a cloud kitchen, restaurant, or fast-food setup. Positive knowledge of Chinese cuisine and wok cooking techniques. Ability to handle high-volume online orders during peak hours. Understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices. Ability to work in rotational shifts and weekends. Team player with valuable speed and efficiency.

Preferred Skills Experience with cloud kitchen operations and food delivery platforms. Knowledge of Indo-Chinese cuisine. Basic inventory management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00
- ₹30,000.00 per month
