Role Description This is a full-time, Fully Remote Web Developer role (open to candidates across India). The Next.js & AI Web Developer will design, develop, and maintain high-performance, responsive web applications, collaborating closely with distributed teams of designers, digital marketers, and project managers to deliver modern, user-friendly experiences. Daily responsibilities include building dynamic front-end layouts and robust back-end APIs using Next.js and React.js, implementing server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) for performance optimization, and deploying production builds through modern pipelines. A core focus of this role will be building and optimizing AI workflows, including integrating third-party AI APIs (like OpenAI or Anthropic) and leveraging AI tools to enhance development and automation. The role requires a self-motivated individual who thrives in an independent, remote workspace while maintaining clear communication and codebase integrity via Git/GitHub.
