The Skill Trainer will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs to empower individuals with essential skills in areas such as life skills, communication, and soft skills. Daily activities include creating training materials, delivering engaging and interactive sessions, assessing learning outcomes, and providing feedback using innovative teaching methods tailored to the needs of diverse audiences. The Skill Trainer will also collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of the training programs.Qualifications Strong Presentation Skills and the ability to deliver effective training sessions Experience and expertise in Training&Development Proficiency in teaching Life Skills, including problem-solving, decision-making, and adaptability Excellent Communication and Soft Skills to engage and inspire diverse audiences Ability to design and adapt training programs to meet varied learning needs Strong organizational and time management skillsBachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a relevant discipline is preferred Prior experience in rural or community development training is a plus
