Accountant cum HR (Pimpri-Chinchwad)

Accounting & Finance
- Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date daily financial transactions, ledgers, and books of accounts.
- Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and petty cash reconciliations.
- Payroll Processing: Calculate and process monthly employee salaries, including deductions for PF, ESI, and Professional Tax.
- Taxation & Compliance: Manage vendor invoices, prepare expense reports, and ensure basic compliance (TDS, GST filings, and audits) Human Resources & Administration
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and new-hire inductions.
- Employee Lifecycle: Maintain physical and digital employee files, track attendance, and process leave requests.
- Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, resolve workplace queries, and foster a positive company culture.
- Office Administration: Manage office supplies, vendor contracts, and other general administrative duties.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Finance; additional certifications in Human Resource Management are highly preferred.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience handling both accounting and HR operations simultaneously.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime, QuickBooks) and HR management systems (HRMS).
- Legal Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of local labor laws, taxation, and statutory compliances.
- Soft Skills: Impeccable attention to detail, strict adherence to confidentiality, and excellent organizational skills Pay: ₹25,000.00
