Printing & Fabrication Production Supervisor (Bhosari)

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor for our Printing & Fabrication Industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling daily production activities, manpower management, machine coordination, quality control, and timely completion of production targets. The role includes supervising printing, fabrication, cutting, assembly, and installation-related work while maintaining safety and production standards. Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production operations and shop floor activities
- Manage manpower, machine utilization, and production schedules
- Ensure quality standards in printing and fabrication work
- Coordinate with design, dispatch, and installation teams
- Monitor material usage and reduce wastage
- Maintain production reports and work updates
- Ensure timely completion of client requirements
- Follow safety and company procedures on the production floor Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in printing, signage, fabrication, or branding industry
- Knowledge of fabrication processes, printing machines, acrylic/signage work
- Good leadership and team handling skills
- Ability to manage production targets and deadlines
- Basic reporting and communication skills Pay: ₹35,000.00
