Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Financial Accountant, based in Mulshi. The individual will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing financial reporting, and utilizing accounting software to maintain financial records. The role includes conducting financial analysis to support decision-making, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize financial processes.

Qualifications

Proficiency in preparation and analysis of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting

Robust Analytical Skills and expertise in Finance-related decision-making

Experience in using Accounting Software effectively

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA/CPA qualification is a plus)

At least 5 years of relevant skilled experience in financial accounting or a related role

Good understanding of regulatory compliance and industry-specific guidelines

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective team collaboration
