Finance Manager Piravom

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Manager Finance to lead the overall financial strategy, planning, compliance, and governance of the organization. The candidate shall lead and be responsible for all financial activities of VISAT Institutions.

This role will serve as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, driving financial performance, strengthening internal controls, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting long-term business growth. The ideal candidate will bring solid leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to build scalable financial systems and processes aligned with the institution’s expansion objectives. Finance Manager will be reporting to Director of the Institutions and in exceptional cases directly to the Chairman of the Institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Budgeting

· Prepare monthly and Yearly budgets and forecast

· Monitor actuals vs. budget and analyse variances

Accounting & Financial Reporting

· Ensure accurate bookkeeping and maintenance of accounts

· Consolidation and finalization of the books of accounts of the Institutions.

· Preparation of financial statements as per the applicable regulatory framework in India

· Co-ordination with the auditors for the timely completion of Audits

Taxation & Compliance

· Compliance with the all regulatory compliances.

· Ensure accurate and timely filing of the returns and forms requested under various act

· Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the institution's tax position.

Cash Flow & Working Capital Management

· Monitor cash flows

· Manage receivables and payables

· Co-ordination with bank including the compliance with loan facilities if any.

Internal Controls and Risk Management

· Establish internal financial controls

· Implement cost control measures

Payroll & Statutory Compliance

· Supervise payroll processing

· Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, and labor laws

· Oversee employee reimbursement and expense management

MIS & Management Reporting

· Prepare monthly/ MIS reports

· Present financial insights to senior management

· Support decision-making with financial data analysis

In addition to the above description of works, one may be required to attend to duties assigned to them from time as may be necessary to expedite work.

Pay: ₹30,000.00
- ₹50,000.00 per month
