Linux Administrator (Rohini)

Job Title: Linux Server Administrator Experience: 5 Years Location: NSP (Netaji Subhash Place), Delhi Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary : We are seeking a Linux Server Administrator with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in managing and securing Linux-based servers. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in server installation, configuration, hardening, firewall management, and mail server maintenance. This role requires proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring high availability and security of production servers. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers (Ubuntu, CentOS, Alma Linux). Perform server hardening, patching, updates, and performance optimization. Configure, manage, and monitor firewall servers (UFW, CSF, iptables). Maintain and update mail servers. Monitor server health, uptime, disk usage, CPU, memory, and network performance. Troubleshoot system, network, firewall, and mail server-related issues. Implement security best practices to protect servers from vulnerabilities and attacks. Manage user access, permissions, and server documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Linux Server Administrator. Strong hands-on experience with Ubuntu, CentOS, and Alma Linux. Proven experience in server installation, configuration, hardening, and optimization. Hands-on experience in firewall configuration and management. Experience in maintaining and updating mail servers. Positive understanding of Linux security practices and server monitoring. Basic networking knowledge (DNS, TCP/IP, ports, SSL). Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and work in a production setting. Location Requirement Candidate should be based in Delhi NCR or willing to work from NSP, Delhi. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00
