- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of services and support to clients.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, forecast needs, and optimize account performance.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings, enhancing brand visibility and partnerships.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Proven experience in key account management within the e-commerce industry
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital sales channels
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to analyse sales data and generate actionable insights
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Preferred
- Experience working in India’s e-commerce market
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies
- Additional language skills are a plus
