Maintenance Manager (Punjabi Bagh)

Job description: Location: Punjabi Bagh, Delhi Working Hours: 09:30 AM – 07:30 PM Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and skilled Caretaker who has hands-on knowledge of multiple maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general household/site upkeep. The ideal candidate should be proactive, responsible, and capable of handling day-to-day operational and maintenance work independently. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic electrical work (wiring, fittings, minor repairs)
- Handle plumbing tasks (leakage fixing, pipe maintenance, fittings)
- Carry out carpentry work (minor furniture repairs, fittings)
- Assist in tile work and general maintenance tasks
- Ensure overall cleanliness, upkeep, and maintenance of the premises
- Coordinate with external vendors/technicians for major repairs
- Monitor and maintain tools, equipment, and supplies Requirements:
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of multiple technical skills (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
- EXCELLENT IN NEGOTIATION
- SELF DECISION MAKER
- SELF STARTER
- Prior experience in a similar caretaker/maintenance role preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Responsible, trustworthy, and disciplined
