Job Summary We are looking for an Online Technical Support Engineer to provide remote technical assistance for CCTV and video surveillance products. The role involves diagnosing issues, guiding customers and partners online, and ensuring smooth installation, configuration, and operation of CCTV systems. Key Responsibilities
- Provide online/remote technical support via chat, email, phone, or ticketing systems
- Assist customers with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and VMS
- Support IP cameras, analog cameras, and hybrid systems
- Troubleshoot network-related issues (LAN/WAN, IP addressing, ports, bandwidth)
- Guide users on camera setup, recording, playback, motion detection, and remote viewing
- Support firmware upgrades, software configuration, and system optimization Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹25,000.00
