Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Telecaller Executive with good communication and English-speaking skills. The candidate will connect with leads provided by the marketing team, understand customer requirements, and explain the company’s bakery products and services professionally.

Key Responsibilities: Call and follow up with leads provided by the marketing team Understand customer requirements and business needs Provide information about company products and services Maintain valuable customer relationships Coordinate with the sales and marketing team Maintain call records and customer data

Required Skills: Positive communication and fluent English Presentable and confident personality Customer handling and convincing skills Basic computer knowledge Ability to handle calls professionally

Qualifications & Experience: Graduate in any field Minimum 1–3 years of Telecalling/Customer Support/Sales experience preferred

Pay: ₹10,460.55
