Job Description – Project Coordinator / Construction Coordinator / Construction Manager / Construction Site Supervisor Company: Valeur Fabtex Private Limited Job Location: Delhi About the Role We are looking for a proactive and responsible candidate for the position of Project Coordinator / Construction Coordinator / Construction Manager / Construction Site Supervisor. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating construction site activities, handling labour mobilization, and ensuring smooth communication between the site and office teams. This role requires both field work and office coordination. Candidates should be comfortable visiting construction sites regularly and managing on-ground operations. Key Responsibilities
- Visit construction sites across South Delhi as required.
- Identify and arrange labour/workforce for ongoing construction projects.
- Coordinate and mobilize labour according to project requirements.
- Monitor daily site activities and provide regular updates to management.
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and site teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain records of labour attendance and site progress.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and site requirements.
- Handle both office coordination work and field/site visits.
- Resolve basic site-related operational issues whenever required. Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of construction/site operations.
- Ability to manage labour and on-site activities efficiently.
- Willingness to travel for site visits.
- Responsible, active, and problem-solving attitude.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting will be an added advantage. Eligibility
- Experience in construction/site coordination will be preferred.
