Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling recorded footage into high-quality finished projects that align with brand guidelines and creative direction. The role requires solid storytelling ability, technical expertise in editing software, and a keen eye for visual composition and pacing.

Key Responsibilities Edit raw footage into engaging and high-quality video content Collaborate with the creative team, directors, and marketing department to understand project requirements Trim footage, add music, sound effects, graphics, and visual effects Ensure logical sequencing and smooth transitions Perform color correction and basic color grading Synchronize audio and enhance sound quality Create social media content (Reels, Shorts, Ads, Promotional Videos) Manage and organize video assets and archives Ensure all projects are delivered within deadlines

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred) 2–4 years of professional video editing experience Proficiency in editing software such as: Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects DaVinci Resolve Final Cut Pro Basic understanding of motion graphics and animation Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and compression

Core Skills & Competencies Strong storytelling and visual sense Creativity with attention to detail Time management and ability to handle multiple projects Understanding of social media trends and digital content formats Ability to work independently and collaboratively Problem-solving mindset

Preferred Skills (Optional but Advantageous) Experience in color grading Basic knowledge of cinematography Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, and digital marketing platforms Experience working in a production house, agency, or corporate media team
