Role & Responsibilities

Build and maintain robust, long-lasting client relationships within the e-commerce sector. Identify opportunities to expand business with existing key accounts and develop strategies to maximize revenue. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of services and support to clients. Analyse sales data to identify trends, forecast needs, and optimize account performance. Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Represent the company at industry events and client meetings, enhancing brand visibility and partnerships.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Proven experience in key account management within the e-commerce industry Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital sales channels Excellent negotiation and communication skills Ability to analyse sales data and generate actionable insights Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite Preferred Experience working in India’s e-commerce market Knowledge of digital marketing strategies Additional language skills are a plus
