- ₹30,000/month About the Role We are looking for a senior graphic designer who understands real production work—not just designing for aesthetics, but delivering client-ready outputs within deadlines. At XLR8 Studio, we work on event projects, brand creatives, and social media content, where execution quality and accuracy are critical. Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality designs for event projects, including:
- Stage backdrops
- Stall graphics
- Event branding elements
- Design social media creatives, presentations, and marketing collaterals
- Understand briefs clearly and deliver accurate outputs with minimal revisions
- Work closely with the 3D, motion, and production team
- Ensure timely delivery of all assigned tasks
- Maintain proper file management, layers, and print-ready formats
- Take full ownership of assigned tasks till final delivery Required Skills
- Solid command over:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Basic knowledge of CorelDRAW / InDesign (preferred)
- Good understanding of:
- Layout, typography, and print design
- Event branding and large-format designs
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for image/design generation (such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, etc.)
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines Not a Fit If You:
