Inside Sales Executive (Rohini)

Trexova Wellbeing Pvt. Ltd. is a Government of India–supported wellness travel and fitness platform dedicated to making holistic wellbeing accessible globally. Trexova aggregates and distributes 3000+ Yoga Instructors along with 2,500+ curated wellness holidays and connects customers with verified yoga instructors and fitness experts for at-home and online sessions across major Indian cities. The platform help individuals, corporate, and travel trade customers discover, compare, and book authentic wellness experiences. Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to manage and convert leads generated through our platform. The candidate will be responsible for responding to inquiries, understanding customer requirements, and closing sales while maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Handle and respond promptly to inbound leads generated from Trexova Platform
- Contact prospective customers via phone, WhatsApp
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Yoga instructors
- Follow up regularly on leads to maximize conversion rates
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales in CRM
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales target
- Build and maintain long-term customer & instructor relationships Required Skills and Qualification
- At least 2 years Proven experience in Inside sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle high-volume leads efficiently
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
