Job Title: Account Executive

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting operations and be comfortable handling day-to-day financial activities.

Key Responsibilities: Handle Tally entries including receipts, payments, and journal entries Record and maintain daily bank statements Prepare and maintain vouchers and supporting documents Manage cheque preparation and basic banking activities Maintain proper records of bills, invoices, and documentation Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of all entries Manage debtors and creditors effectively Prepare various MIS reports for management review Perform bank transfers such as RTGS, NEFT, and outward remittances Handle invoicing, expense tracking, and other accounting transactions Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings Perform daily fund planning and cash flow tracking Download and reconcile bank statements on a daily basis Record and monitor all banking transactions Use advanced Microsoft Office tools and adapt to company-specific software

Required Skills: Tally TDS & GST knowledge Finalization of accounts Bookkeeping Taxation Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Work Schedule: Day Shift Monday to Saturday working Sunday off

Job Type: Full time

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Education: Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)

Experience: Minimum 6 months of accounting experience required

Pay: ₹15,000.00
- ₹25,000.00 per month
