Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stationery, lab equipments. Perform regular stock counts and maintain accurate records of inventory levels. Distribution & Issuance: Issue items to staff and students only against authorized requisitions, ensuring proper documentation for every transaction. Purchasing & Documentation: Initiate purchase requisitions to replenish stock, maintaining levels between minimum and maximum requirements to avoid shortages
