Housekeeping Supervisor (Pollachi)

We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Housekeeping Supervisor to manage cleanliness, staff coordination, and guest room maintenance at our resort. The candidate should ensure a peaceful, hygienic, and guest-friendly environment throughout the property. Job Role Supervise housekeeping staff and daily cleaning activities Inspect guest rooms, washrooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces Ensure rooms are properly prepared before guest check-in Maintain cleanliness standards across the resort property Monitor linen, toiletries, cleaning supplies, and stock usage Coordinate with reception and maintenance teams when needed Train housekeeping staff on cleanliness and guest service standards Handle guest requests related to room cleaning and housekeeping Report damages, repairs, or missing items to management Maintain attendance and shift scheduling for housekeeping staff Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel/resort supervision preferred Basic leadership and staff management skills Good communication skills in Tamil (English is a plus) Neat appearance and professional behavior Ability to manage teams and work during weekends/holidays Job Type Full-time Preferred Candidates from Tamil Nadu Experience in resorts, hotels, homestays, or hospitality industry Salary Based on experience and performance Workplace Peaceful nature resort environment Food and Accommodation will be provided Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹25,000.00
