- Project Execution will be responsible for managing on-site operations of solar projects from initiation to completion The role requires ensuring that projects are executed safely within schedule and in compliance with quality standards The candidate will coordinate with clients vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day on-site activities of solar project execution Ensure project work is carried out according to approved designs drawings and specifications Monitor project progress maintain schedules and ensure timely completion Manage installation teams subcontractors and on-site workforce Ensure adherence to safety regulations environmental norms and company policies Coordinate with procurement logistics and project management teams to ensure availability of materials and resources Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks Maintain detailed records of site activities progress reports and daily logs Resolve on-site technical and operational issues promptly Liaise with clients consultants and authorities as needed Implement corrective actions to avoid delays or cost overruns Qualifications Experience Diploma B E B Tech in Electrical Mechanical Civil or related field 5-8 years of experience in solar project execution preferably in Ground mount and utility-scale projects Robust knowledge of solar Site Execution balance of system components and civil electrical installation practices Experience in handling site teams and contractors Skills Competencies Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Good communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of safety standards and quality assurance practices Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Ability to work in challenging and agile site environments Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 2 507 356 31
