Service manager at suzuki 2 wheeler showroom The Service Manager is responsible for managing the overall operations of the two-wheeler service department, ensuring high customer satisfaction, productive workshop performance, timely vehicle servicing, and achievement of service revenue targets. Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the workshop and service center.
- Supervise technicians, service advisors, and support staff.
- Monitor service quality and maintain company service standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues professionally.
- Track spare parts availability and coordinate with inventory/store teams.
- Prepare service reports.
- Train and guide technicians on technical updates and service practices.
- Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and discipline in the workshop.
- Achieve monthly service revenue and customer satisfaction targets. Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of two-wheeler servicing and workshop operations.

- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering preferred Pay: ₹20,000.00
