Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth (client acquisition & revenue)
- Build and manage local partnerships (schools, corporates, communities)
- Handle end-to-end center operations
- Lead and coordinate with therapists & team
- Plan and execute marketing & outreach activities
- Ensure excellent client satisfaction and retention Who Can Apply
- MBA / Business / Marketing background preferred
- Strong business mindset + leadership skills
- Experience in sales, operations, or center handling
- Passion for mental health & people development
- Self-driven and result-oriented Experience
- 2–5 years preferred (high-potential candidates can be considered) Salary & Growth
