Job Description Role Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Lead, Graphic Design to join NielsenIQ’s Visualization team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for spearheading creative design initiatives while guiding and mentoring a team of Visualization Specialists. The ideal candidate combines robust creative instincts with technical execution, ensuring visual deliverables meet strategic objectives, brand standards, and audience expectations. Key Responsibilities Design & Execution
- Lead the creation of high-impact visual content, including presentations, infographics, digital assets, and internal communications
- Translate complex ideas and data into clean, compelling visual narratives across multiple formats
- Ensure consistency in design quality, brand alignment, and storytelling principles across all outputs Team Leadership
- Supervise and mentor Visualization Specialists, providing guidance on design best practices, tools, and delivery standards
- Review and approve work products, offering constructive feedback and creative direction
- Manage resource allocation and task prioritization to meet evolving business needs
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team Project Oversight
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand visual communication needs and translate them into design solutions
- Maintain timelines, quality control, and operational efficiency across all design projects
- Support cross-functional teams with visual strategy for key initiatives and corporate messaging Process & Innovation
- Establish and refine design workflows, asset management systems, and team standards
- Keep current with design trends, technologies, and tools to enhance team capabilities
- Identify opportunities to elevate visual communication across the organization Qualifications Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel), Adobe Creative Suite, and data visualization tools
- Strong conceptual thinking, typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines and stakeholder Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
