Oversee day-to-day construction activities on civil projects, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications. Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, engineers, and project managers. Monitor and enforce safety protocols, promoting a culture of safety on the construction site. Supervise and manage in office personnel, providing guidance and support as needed. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with project standards. Manage project schedules, milestones, and deadlines, reporting progress to project management. Resolve issues and conflicts promptly, keeping open lines of communication with all stakeholders. Collaborate with the project team to address design changes and unforeseen challenges.
