The Service Manager is responsible for managing the overall operations of the two-wheeler service department, ensuring high customer satisfaction, productive workshop performance, timely vehicle servicing, and achievement of service revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the workshop and service center. Supervise technicians, service advisors, and support staff. Monitor service quality and maintain company service standards. Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues professionally. Track spare parts availability and coordinate with inventory/store teams. Prepare service reports. Train and guide technicians on technical updates and service practices. Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and discipline in the workshop. Achieve monthly service revenue and customer satisfaction targets.

Required Skills Robust knowledge of two-wheeler servicing and workshop operations. Leadership and team management skills. Customer handling and communication abilities. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Knowledge of service software and reporting systems.

Qualification Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00
- ₹35,000.00 per month
