Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Site Engineer with a strong background in steel structures and fabrication works. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site execution, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of projects, while also acting in a supervisory role to manage the workforce and coordinate activities.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage daily site activities related to steel fabrication and erection works Interpret engineering drawings and ensure accurate implementation on site Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution Monitor fabrication, welding, and installation processes for quality compliance Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies at all times Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly Maintain daily progress reports and documentation Ensure project timelines are met without compromising quality Train and guide workers, welders, and technicians on best practices

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering 3–7 years of experience in steel fabrication, structural works, or related field Robust knowledge of fabrication techniques, welding processes, and erection procedures Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Good leadership and team management skills

Preferred Skills: Experience in industrial or construction project sites Familiarity with quality control standards and safety regulations Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities Good communication and coordination skills
