Sales Coordinator (Gerugambakkam)

Job Description – Sales Coordinator Experience: 1 – 3 Years (Preferred in Fire & Safety Industry) Address: Plot No. 9 & 10, Shakthi Avenue, Gerugambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents
- Maintain customer databases and sales records
- Handle client communication through phone and email
- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and delivery updates
- Follow up on payments, pending quotations, and customer requirements
- Support business development and sales operations activities
- Prepare MIS reports and sales performance updates Requirements
- 1 – 3 years of experience in the Fire & Safety industry
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email communication)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Any graduate preferred Preferred Skills
- Experience in quotation preparation and client handling
- Basic knowledge of Fire & Safety products/services
