Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Civil Engineer, based in Port Blair. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for designing, planning, and managing road construction projects in several departments (PMGSY, NHIDCL & PWD) and sustainable infrastructure development. Day-to-day tasks include drafting designs, performing site inspections, coordinating with team members, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and safety regulations. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and foundational knowledge of Civil Engineering principles

Experience in planning and managing civil projects

All Paper works & Bills submission related to the work work

Ability to collaborate effectively within a team of Civil Engineers

Familiarity with relevant regulations, safety standards, and project management tools

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
