- Hotel PMS (Property Management System)
- Channel Manager
- Booking Engine
- B2B OTA for Travel Agencies
- AI-powered automation tools for hotels and travel businesses We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect who has previously worked on hotel technology platforms and can guide the architecture, scalability, integrations, workflows, and overall technical direction of the product. The ideal candidate should understand both the hospitality business domain and large-scale SaaS software architecture. Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable architecture for a cloud-based Hotel PMS platform
- Guide development of:
- PMS
- Channel Manager
- Booking Engine
- B2B OTA
- Extranet systems
- Inventory & rate management
- Architect multi-property and multi-user systems
- Design secure APIs and third-party integrations
- Guide integration with:
- OTAs (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Airbnb, etc.)
- Payment gateways
- WhatsApp/SMS/Email systems
- Accounting software
- Advise on database structure, performance optimization, and scalability
- Assist in product planning, workflow design, and system modularization
- Review existing codebase and mentor the internal development team
- Help establish engineering standards, deployment pipelines, and security practices
- Consult on AI implementation opportunities within hospitality workflows Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in building or architecting Hotel PMS / CRS / Channel Manager / OTA systems
- Solid understanding of hotel operations and hospitality workflows
- Experience with SaaS platform architecture
- Expertise in:
- Scalable multi-tenant systems
- Experience integrating with major OTA APIs
- Understanding of:
- Reservation lifecycle
- Room inventory logic
- Dynamic pricing
- Availability mapping
- Channel synchronization
- Ability to work closely with founders and product teams Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with hospitality SaaS startups
- Experience building enterprise-grade travel-tech platforms
- Knowledge of AI automation tools for hospitality
- Experience scaling products internationally
