Lead java fullstack Developer (Powai)

: This role focuses on leading the Contact Center Application development and optimization and integration of Telecom/VoIP platforms such as Asterisk, FreePBX, and VICIDIAL, supported by strong backend engineering using PHP, Perl, and MySQL. The position requires deep domain expertise in VoIP, SIP, and telephony infrastructure, along with leadership capabilities to guide teams, manage deployments in RHEL environments, and ensure high‑performance, scalable applications.Should have knowledge and some experience on kamailio. Java, Spring Boot, and microservices are considered secondary, valuable‑to‑have skills. Knowledge: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React.js, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps exposure Technical Skills: Perl, PHP, Asterisk/FreePBX, VICIdial, MySQL, VoIP, Kamailio , SIP Skills Required Perl/PHP, VICIDial, FreePBX/Asterisk, VoIP, Java Role 1. Lead Telecom/VoIP application development ensuring scalability, stability, and high system availability. 2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 3. Mentor and guide developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards. 4. Develop, and maintain backend services primarily using PHP and Perl. 5. Manage MySQL database operations, query optimization, and data modeling. 6. Integrate telecom platforms (Asterisk, FreePBX, VICIDIAL) with enterprise applications using APIs and middleware. 7. Lead deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting in RHEL environments. 8. Configure and optimize Apache HTTPD for application hosting. 9. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment. 10. Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and resolve production issues proactively. 11. Ensure responsive behavior, usability, and cross-browser compatibility where applicable. 12. Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team. 13. Stay updated on telecom, backend, and enterprise technology trends and recommend enhancements.
