Chef/ Cook - Freshers (Powai)

We are seeking a skilled and dependable chef to join our team on a part-time/freelance basis for event operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking, assembling, and coordinating food service for catering events, ensuring quality, consistency, and smooth execution on-site. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and assemble food for catering and event requirements.
- Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Coordinate food preparation timelines to ensure timely event execution.
- Manage ingredient prep, portioning, and kitchen organization during events.
- Work with event and operations teams to ensure seamless food service.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety protocols at all times. Requirements:
- Proven experience as a chef, line cook, catering chef, or event kitchen qualified.
- Experience handling high-volume food preparation and event service.
- Familiarity with American, Italian, Continental, and Asian cuisines preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced event environments.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
