Looking out for a smart Interns to be a part of our Recruitment/Human Resource Department

The Internship will be for a period of 6 months

Requirements:

• Good logical skills and a sound mind
• Quick learner and tech Savvy
• Good communication and negotiating skills
• Smart, ( with fresh Ideas ) & genuine
• Wants to make a career in Human Resources
• Fresher / May have prior internship experience
• Ready to do phone 60-70 calls every day

Responsibilities:

• Internet Research skills
• For Sourcing profiles use of Social media (LinkedIn, FB, Instagram etc)
• Call and Email communication and coordination with candidate and Management
• Manage the IT and non IT Recruitment Process
• Posting & publishing job descriptions on our network and different portals.
• Sourcing candidate smart way/methods and free Database from job portals
