Job Overview

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team at DCS Group. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our production department. This includes ensuring that production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety regulations are followed. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership and communication skills. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Mid-Level: 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
• Experience in managing daily operations and meeting production targets
• Understanding of regulatory standards in the manufacturing industry

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the production department
• Ensure production targets are met and quality standards are maintained
• Monitor and improve production processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
• Train and develop production staff to enhance their skills and performance
