Engage with prospective buyers through calls, site visits, and follow-ups

Understand client needs and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties

Coordinate and schedule property site visits with clients and developers

Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business

Keep updated with current market trends, inventory, and project details

Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the closing process

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth
