About the Role As an Associate I, Production Operations, you will support the stability and performance of production systems that power critical financial services. You will focus on incident resolution, operational monitoring, and data analysis to ensure reliable service delivery. Success in this role is measured by system uptime, timely issue resolution, and continuous improvement of operational processes. What You Will Be Doing

- Monitor production environments to ensure availability, performance, and reliability
- Provide production support by investigating, diagnosing, and resolving incidents
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions to reduce repeat issues
- Use SQL to analyze data, validate fixes, and support operational reporting
- Coordinate with technology, operations, and business teams during incidents
- Execute standard operating procedures and support change and release activities
- Document incidents, resolutions, and process improvements clearly and accurately
- Identify opportunities to improve monitoring, automation, and operational efficiency Required Qualifications

- Experience in production operations or production support for enterprise systems
- Solid troubleshooting and incident management skills in live environments
- Hands-on experience using SQL for data analysis and issue investigation
- Understanding of application support, batch processing, and system monitoring
- Ability to follow defined operational processes and meet service-level expectations
- Effective communication skills for working with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in technology or operations Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting financial services or regulated production environments
- Familiarity with IT service management practices and incident workflows
- Exposure to monitoring, alerting, or job scheduling tools
