Maintains clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks and performs planned operator care and maintenance tasks. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering Experience:
- Minimum 6–10 years of experience in precision machining operations, preferably in camshaft or powertrain components.
- Strong knowledge of grinding, milling, hardening, and inspection processes. Experience required on below process
- Cam Milling Machines
- Journal & Cam Lobe Grinding Machines
- Induction Hardening Systems
- BHN Testing, Crack Detection, and Superfinishing Machines
- Washing, Laser Marking, and Final Inspection Systems Continuous Improvement
- Improve OEE, reduce cycle time, minimize scrap/rework, and optimize manpower.
- Deploy lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, TPM, SMED
