Warehouse Supervisor (Pune)

Key Responsibilities: 1. Operations Management
- Supervise inward, outward, and inventory processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Implement and monitor daily cycle counts and monthly stock audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Oversee loading/unloading operations and ensure goods are placed in designated storage areas. 1. Last-Mile Operations Coordination
- Manage last-mile delivery operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to clients' end locations.
- Coordinate with delivery partners and teams to resolve last-mile challenges and optimize routes.
- Monitor last-mile performance metrics, identifying gaps and implementing improvements. 1. Client Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple clients, addressing their operational needs and queries.
- Maintain high service standards, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution. 1. Inventory & Reporting
- Manage and track inventory levels, reconciling discrepancies during audits.
- Prepare and present MIS reports detailing warehouse performance, inventory status, and client-specific KPIs. 1. Vendor Management
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for smooth operations, ensuring timely delivery and service compliance.
- Evaluate vendor performance and recommend improvements as necessary. 1. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and warehouse best practices.
- Conduct periodic checks to maintain hygiene and compliance across operations.
- Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with exposure to managing multi-client facilities.
- Robust knowledge of inward, outward, cycle count, audits, and inventory management processes.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and generating MIS reports.
- Excellent communication, client management, and vendor negotiation skills.
