Role Description We are seeking a full-time on-site Executive Chef to join our vibrant team at The SoundTrack Café in Pune Division. The ideal candidate will oversee kitchen operations, develop creative and cutting-edge menus, ensure high-quality preparation and presentation of dishes, and maintain consistent food quality and standards. Daily responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory and food costs, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. As a leader in our culinary team, the Executive Chef will also inspire and foster a culture of creativity, efficiency, and collaboration in the kitchen. Qualifications Culinary Expertise: Proficiency in cooking techniques, food preparation, and menu creation to develop diverse, innovative, and high-quality dishes. Leadership Skills: Ability to train, manage, and motivate a team of kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Operational Excellence: Experience in managing kitchen budgets, inventory control, and maintaining exceptional hygiene and safety standards.
