Monitor production targets, quality standards, and machine utilization. Coordinate with production operators, maintenance, quality, and stores teams. Ensure smooth execution of shift operations and manpower allocation. Monitor process parameters and operational efficiency. Maintain production records, reports, and shift documentation. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational procedures. Handle troubleshooting and coordinate for breakdown resolution. Support productivity improvement and process optimization initiatives. Required Skills Shop floor supervision experience Understanding of manufacturing and production processes Team handling and manpower coordination Knowledge of process monitoring and production reporting Basic understanding of safety and quality standards Qualification
