Server / Steward – Location: Pune Job Type: Full-Time We are looking for friendly, energetic, and guest-focused Servers / Stewards to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service, ensure guests have a great dining experience, and work closely with the kitchen and bar teams. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure tables are clean, set, and maintained throughout service.
- Assist guests with recommendations and answer menu-related questions.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
- Process bills and handle payments when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas.
- Support opening, closing, and side duties as assigned. Requirements
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a rapid-paced environment.
- Team player with a willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverages is an advantage.
