Call Center Agent (Pune)

Call Center Agent, 6 month FTC. Fluency in German and English essential We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic call center agent to support our virtual call-center operations. In this role, you will engage with patients who have expressed interest in participating in clinical trials. You will guide them through pre-screening questions, provide information, and help determine their eligibility for ongoing studies. Additionally, you will receive calls to support patients that have been randomized into a trial with reimbursement and travel inquiries. These calls are triage calls and have the support of Patient Concierge coordinators. This is a remote, full-time chance with an estimated engagement of six months.
