Role Description Lluminae Aesthetics is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Concierge / Receptionist for a full-time, on-site position in Pune City. The role involves greeting clients, managing appointments and reservations, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Additional responsibilities include managing front desk activities, coordinating with other team members, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all visitors. The ideal candidate will create a positive first impression and uphold the highest standards of service quality. Qualifications

- Delivered a premium front-desk and concierge experience by warmly welcoming clients, managing walk-ins, calls, and in-clinic interactions with professionalism and efficiency.
