Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for a Demi Chef De Partie specializing in Asian cuisine, located in Pune Division. The role involves assisting the Head Chef in the daily kitchen operations, preparing high-quality Asian dishes, and ensuring consistent culinary standards. Responsibilities include food preparation, managing kitchen staff during assigned shifts, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and contributing to menu planning and new recipe development. Coordination with the culinary team to create an exceptional dining experience is a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications
